The home is on a septic system rated for 7 bedrooms. Please avoid flushing anything besides toilet paper. MONITORING DEVICES A noise-level monitor is installed inside the home and on the patio. It measures decibel levels only and does not record audio. EXTERIOR CAMERAS There are four exterior security cameras only: two covering the front entrance, one in the driveway, and one at the rear entrance facing the back hill. There are no cameras on the patio, pool, or hoop barn, and none inside the home. BRIDGE AT THE ENTRANCE TO PROPERTY There is a short bridge that crosses a seasonal creek at the entrance of the property. During heavy rains the bridge may overflow. Please do not attempt to cross when the water is high and overflowing. Wait until the water level comes down before crossing. Guests must evaluate the water level themselves before deciding to cross at their own risk. RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED After booking, you'll receive a link to our guest portal to review and electronically sign our rental agreement. The primary guest must be 25 or older, must sign before check-in, and must be present for the entire stay. The primary guest signs on behalf of everyone in the group. ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED After booking, the primary guest will be asked to verify a government-issued photo ID with a quick selfie in our secure guest portal, as part of signing our rental agreement. This confirms the primary guest is 25 or older and is the person signing on behalf of the group, as required by our rental agreement. Your door code is sent by message three days before check-in once your rental agreement is signed and your ID is verified. It starts working at 4 PM ET on your check-in date. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $400 refundable security deposit applies to each stay. CANCELLATION Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking. Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in.
